1. Who is responsible
Nex Studioz is responsible for handling the information you share with us. For any privacy matter you can write to contacto@nexstudioz.com.
2. What information we collect
Only what you choose to type into the assistant on our website (for example, about your business and what you need) and, if you decide to continue on WhatsApp, your number and the message you send us. We do not ask for sensitive data or payment information in the assistant.
3. How the assistant works
The website assistant does not store your conversations in a database of ours. To generate replies, the text you write is processed through an artificial-intelligence technology provider (Google, via its Gemini service), subject to its own terms. That is why we ask you not to share sensitive data (passwords, cards, third-party personal information) in the chat. Our hosting provider may keep temporary technical server logs.
4. What we use your information for
Only to answer your questions and guide you about your business within the conversation you start, and to follow up on what you ask us. We do not send you advertising or contact you on our own initiative, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection (ARCO rights under Mexican law) regarding the information you have shared with us, by writing to contacto@nexstudioz.com.
6. Terms of use
The assistant provides general guidance for informational and commercial purposes; it does not constitute binding professional advice or a formal quote. Prices and proposals are confirmed personally with the founder. The service is provided "as is" and its availability may vary. Any service agreement is formalized separately.

We may update this notice; the date above indicates the latest version. If you have questions, write to us.
